Our mixes are produced in a dedicated gluten-free facility, are free of many allergens, are superior in taste and texture, and are quick and easy to make. Simply add a few liquid ingredients to complete our mixes and bake! It's that easy to create amazing gluten-free foods in your kitchen.

Our mixes are gluten-free, wheat-free, dairy-free, egg-free, and bean-free. Some of our mixes are even corn-free and have no sugar added! In addition to being free of so many allergens, our products are also free of preservatives, artificial colorings, and flavorings. If there is even a trace of the most common allergens, we will tell you. You can rest assured that every ingredient is clearly stated so you know what is in our mixes. We live with food allergies and sensitivities in our own family, so we understand how important it is to have good quality, tasty food you can trust.

At Mark's Gluten Free, we have carefully developed our recipes over time. Each and every flour, spice and ingredient we use has been specifically chosen. We have created unique flour blends that contain millet, organic flaxseed meal, brown rice, potato, sorghum, and tapioca.
