Welcome to Mark's Gluten Free! We are a family owned and operated business dedicated to providing you with allergen-free baking mixes. Our mixes are hand-packaged in our gluten-free facility, are traditional in taste and texture and are quick and easy to bake. Better yet, you can customize our mixes to your dietary preferences with your choice of milk substitute and oil. It's that easy to create amazing allergen-free foods in your kitchen.
Our mixes are gluten-free, wheat-free, dairy-free, egg-free and bean-free. Some of our mixes are even corn-free or have no sugar added! In addition to being free of so many allergens, our products are also free of preservatives, artificial colors and artificial flavorings.
So ... what IS in our mixes? Our unique flour blends contain millet, organic flaxseed meal, brown rice, oats, potato, sorghum and tapioca which gives you the added benefit of eating a variety of grains in your gluten-free diet. To the flour blend we add select spices, seeds, dried fruit or cocoa from Guatemala and the perfect amount of guar gum. Each mix features a different blend of flours to create the perfect texture for each baked good. You can rest assured that every ingredient is clearly labeled so you know what is in our mixes and what is not.
